1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and/or booking a consultation with us, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms posted on the site or applicable to particular services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or book a consultation.

2. Scope of Services

We offer consultation services for catering events. These consultations may cover menu planning, event logistics, pricing discussions, venue coordination, and other related services (collectively, “Consultation Services”). We are not responsible for guaranteeing the outcome of your event beyond delivering the agreed consultation.

3. Booking & Payment

• When you book a consultation through our website, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep it updated.

• Payment is required at or in advance of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellation or rescheduling must adhere to the policy noted during booking (see Section 4).

• All fees are in U.S. dollars and unless otherwise stated are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to change our pricing or services at any time – such changes will not apply retroactively to bookings already confirmed.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your consultation in accordance with the policy presented at booking (for example: at least 48 hours’ notice, etc.).

• If you cancel within less than the required notice period, you may forfeit the fee, or incur a cancellation fee as specified.

• If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative time or refund the fee for the consultation.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing all relevant information (event date, guest count, dietary requirements, budget, venue details) in a timely manner.

• You acknowledge that recommendations provided during the consultation are based on information you give and our professional judgment; you accept full responsibility for any decision you make following the consultation.

• If your event includes food-service, you acknowledge responsibility to comply with applicable health & safety regulations, and you release us from liability for any venue, catering provider or third-party failures.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Serosti Catering Services, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

• You may use the website and services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the site without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The consultation services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We do not warrant that the services or website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serosti Catering Services, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunities resulting from your use of the website or reliance on our services.

• Our total liability to you (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the consultation.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website/services shall be submitted first to good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be resolved by mediation or arbitration. If such alternate dispute resolution fails, you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in United States, North Carolina.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the website as of the “Last updated” date governs your use of the website and services. By continuing to use the website or book a consultation after we post any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

10. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
